Pandora North America, a leading jewelry brand, seeks a Counter Manager for our Macy’s Shop-in-Shop to lead the sales floor, coach a team of Sales Leads and part-time associates, and drive remarkable sales results. You will manage scheduling, inventory, training, and brand presentation while delivering exceptional fan experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a supervisory retail role (Sales Lead, Assistant Manager, or equivalent).
• Strong written and verbal communication with a care-focused approach.
• Ability to attract, recruit, and develop a high-performing team.
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive counter sales and achieve comp sales targets.
• Lead and coach Sales Associates and Leads to deliver exceptional fan experiences.
• Plan weekly schedules and manage inventory in alignment with store standards.
• Oversee training, onboarding, and performance feedback.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with Pandora and Macy’s standards.
• Maintain policy compliance and security practices.
• Support district leadership with talent recruitment and onboarding.
