Pandora is seeking a Counter Manager for our Macy’s Shop-in-Shop in the United States. Lead a team of part-time associates, drive sales, and uphold Pandora’s brand standards on the sales floor.

You will coach, schedule, and develop staff, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and achievement of comp sales and transaction targets. This role emphasizes leadership, brand presentation, and operational excellence.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sales Lead, Assistant Manager, or equivalent supervisory role in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to coach and train staff.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach Part-Time Sales Associates and Sales Leads to meet sales goals.
• Prepare effective weekly schedules and manage payroll efficiency.
• Oversee inventory replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention practices.
• Ensure Pandora and Macy’s visual and brand standards are maintained.
• Partner with DSM and store leadership on talent recruitment and onboarding.
