Pandora invites you to join our Macy's Shop-in-Shop as Counter Manager, leading a team of part-time Sales Associates and Leads. You will manage daily operations, scheduling, and inventory while delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales.

This role requires at least 3 years in retail leadership, strong coaching skills, and a fan-first attitude. You will train the team to uphold Pandora’s standards, ensure visual merchandising compliance, and help grow our rapidly expanding

Formación

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales supervision in retail.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of store operations and compliance.
• Experience in fashion, luxury, or jewelry retail preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive counter sales goals and achieve targets.
• Coach Part-Time staff and Leads.
• Manage weekly schedules and payroll efficiency.
• Oversee inventory, backstock, and loss prevention.
• Ensure VM and brand presentation align with standards.
