Baptist Memorial Health Care seeks an Employee Assistance Program professional to provide confidential counseling and support to employees and dependents. The role requires a Master's degree in a mental health field and state licensure (LPC or LCSW) with TN/MS/AR licensure, plus ability to coordinate on-site health events and respond to critical incidents.

Provides employee assistance services to client companies and their employees/dependents by following accepted employee assistance program standards to satisfy client needs and meet program standards. Under the direct supervision of the Director of the Employee Assistance Program. Responsible for 1 shift, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week emergency rotation as assigned. Incumbents are subject to overtime and callback as required by BMHCS. Assists with Critical Incident Stress debriefings, health fairs, and orientations as needed.
