The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Manager coordinates and delivers employee assistance and emotional support services for staff, faculty, and physicians. This role provides direct clinical services to employees of Children's Hospital Los Angeles and facilitates emotional debriefings and psychoeducational presentations for groups of varying sizes. Working in a confidential capacity, the EAP Manager collaborates with Human Resources and the Office of Wellbeing/Emotional Support Services to develop, implement, and support employee wellbeing initiatives, programs, and management policies that promote workforce health and resilience.
3+ years of clinical experience providing individual, family and group counseling. Experience in short-term treatment models. Experience with a healthcare Employee Assistance Program preferred.
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology required. Licensed as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LPC for a minimum of 2 years is required. Certification in CISD, CISM, and/or CEAP preferred.
