Job summary

BayMark Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee counselors and interns delivering treatment and casework in accordance with laws, regulations, and BAART policies.

The role ensures timely documentation based on care plans and identifies patients' physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs while managing related expenditures within budget. The supervisor will coordinate with the Clinic Director and HR Manager, support staff development, and ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Must hold an LADC in Nebraska.
• BA/BS in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience with charting and other compliance procedures related to methadone administration and treatment.
• Ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans and chart accurately; excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward our patient population.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct clinical supervision to counseling staff, including training on Title 9, BAART Policy and compliance issues.
• Oversees productivity of counseling staff through supervision, coaching, training, motivation, and discipline; arranges coverage as needed.
• Counsels and disciplines counseling staff with Clinic Director and HR Manager as appropriate.
• Assists counselors with treatment interventions, client treatment problems, and incident reports.
• Facilitates and participates in meetings including case conferences.
• Conducts compliance reviews and monthly spot checks of caseloads.
