BayMark Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Counselor Supervisor to oversee counselors and interns, ensuring treatment and casework services align with laws, BayMark policies, and plan-of-care requirements.

The supervisor will ensure timely documentation, identify patient needs, and manage related expenditures within the budget. AI-supported tools aid documentation, and opportunities for growth exist within the counselor career path.

Qualifications

• Must hold a LAC or LCAC license valid in Indiana.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with chemically dependent individuals.
• Prior supervisory experience required; self-motivated and directed.
• Positive, non-judgmental attitude toward patients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with EMRs a plus.
• Clear drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assign counselors’ caseloads and amend as needed.
• Conduct quality assurance file reviews.
• Direct and supervise intake operations.
• Deliver counseling services efficiently and effectively to patients.
• Maintain accurate and current clinical records per Federal/State regulations for NTP clinics.
• Manage counseling caseload.
• Supervise clinicians and support staff through meetings and training.
• Act as Treatment Center Director when absent.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
