Job summary

Lionstone Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA/OTA) to support our rehabilitation team in Ohio. You will assist in planning and delivering therapy, conduct home programs with residents, and participate in care conferences, discharge planning, and documentation to ensure high-quality care.

Telehealth may be utilized to complete evaluations, notes, and discharges per policy. You will promote safety, HIPAA compliance, and accurate billing while supervising residents

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Current, unencumbered Ohio OTA license.
• Ability to make independent decisions and supervise others.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, development, organization, evaluation, and directing of occupational therapy activities.
• Facilitate Telehealth services to complete evaluations, notes, and discharges timely.
• Participate in care conferences, discharge planning, and resident assessments.
• Ensure accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance in resident records.
• Support billing by coding therapy services correctly and completing daily notes.
