Job summary

Lionstone Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to support the OT team in planning and delivering resident care. You will assist in evaluations, therapy activities, and home-program guidance, while coordinating with nursing and therapy staff.

The role emphasizes Telehealth support, documentation accuracy, and adherence to safety and infection-control policies in a residential setting in Ohio. Ohio licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree as Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Requires current Ohio OTA license.
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement programs and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the OT in planning, development, and directing of therapy activities.
• Facilitate Telehealth to ensure timely evaluations, progress notes, and discharges.
• Support billing accuracy and timely documentation per standards.
• Follow safety, infection control, and HIPAA procedures in all duties.
