Job summary

OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support OTs in delivering patient-centered care. You will assist therapy sessions, monitor progress, and leverage AI tools to document clearly and efficiently.

The role requires an OTA license and two years of PT experience in acute or rehabilitation settings, with BLS/CPR certification within 30 days of hire. This position emphasizes work-life balance and technology-enabled care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
• Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment required.
• Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities
