Job summary

OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support occupational therapy in home health settings. This PRN role emphasizes focusing on patient care goals and progress while leveraging AI-enabled documentation tools to streamline notes and enhance patient interaction.

Two years of acute care or rehab COTA experience is required, along with an active state license and timely credentialing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT assistant program with an Associate Degree.
• Two (2) years of COTA experience in acute care or rehabilitation.
• Active COTA license in state of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with therapy sessions and monitor patient progress.
• Use AI technology to ensure clear and accurate documentation of sessions.
• Reduce administrative workloads and focus more on hands-on care.
