Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Current Ohio OTA license.
• Ability to supervise and lead staff.
• Willingness to plan, organize, develop, and interpret OT programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in planning, development, organization, evaluation, and directing therapy activities according to guidelines.
• Facilitate Telehealth services to complete evaluations, recertifications, progress notes, and discharges timely.
• Communicate with related staff when planning therapy services.
• Maintain therapy standards and infection control; ensure notes and billing are completed.
