Job summary
Life Care Centers of America in Globe, AZ, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide direct rehab care under OT supervision. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to support long-term residents and acute rehab patients, delivering therapeutic activities and documenting progress.

Qualifications
- NBCOT certified upon hire; renewal optional.
- Graduate of an accredited OT program (ASOT).
- Currently registered/licensed in the applicable State; active license required.
- One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current.
Responsibilities
- Follow occupational treatment plans under supervising OT.
- Chart appropriately and timely; use therapy software accurately.
- Communicate with patients and interdisciplinary team; deliver patient-centered care.
- Maintain professional relationships and confidentiality; adhere to policies.
