Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a COTA to provide direct rehabilitation services under supervision of an OT. You will participate in patient care across the continuum, following established treatment plans and maintaining accurate documentation.

Candidates should be NBCOT-certified at hire, hold a valid state license, and be CPR certified. New grads welcome; 1 year experience preferred. Proficiency in Word/Excel and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification upon hire; renewal optional.
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (ASOT).
• Active state license in good standing required.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Follow occupational treatment plans under OT supervision.
• Maintain accurate charts and timely documentation.
• Utilize therapy software appropriately.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism.
