LifeSpan Therapy in Morristown, Indiana, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support occupational therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to residents. You will assist with treatment plans, documentation, and patient education, contributing to residents’ daily living and work skills.

Formación

• COTA certification from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state licensure to practice as a COTA.
• Indiana Operator's license.

Responsabilidades

• Assist occupational therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Contributes to evaluation by performing objective tests under supervision.
• Provide direct resident care including therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Maintain clear documentation of treatments and communicate with the therapy team and residents.
• Prepare and organize therapy equipment and treatment areas.
