Qualifications

• Must hold a COTA license in the state of employment.
• BLS certification required.
• 0-1 year healthcare experience.
• Inpatient/outpatient or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer OT treatment programs under the supervising OT.
• Observe patient response and suggest plan adjustments.
• Conduct individual or group activity-based therapy sessions.
• Document treatments and patient progress in EHRs.
• Collaborate with rehab team, nursing, and other providers.
