Palmetto Subacute Care Center in Florida is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support the rehabilitation team under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will administer evidence-based treatments and align with established goals while contributing to high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes documentation, collaboration with all disciplines, punctuality, and professional conduct.

Qualificações

• Must hold a valid COTA license and registration for Florida.
• Provide comprehensive treatment under OT supervision.
• Experience in long-term/geriatric care preferred.
• Document patient progress weekly with timely notes.
• Collaborate with disciplines to deliver patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out best practice treatments under supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Provide feedback and document progress as required by policy.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care.
• Report to work on time, adhere to scheduled hours and maintain professionalism.
• Perform all duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation.
