Qualifications

• Must hold a valid COTA license/registration for the state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment under supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in long-term/geriatric care preferred
• Strong documentation of patient progress and timely notes
• Collaborates with disciplines to deliver best patient-centered care
• Exhibits exceptional patient service and clinical excellence
• Punctuality and professionalism in scheduling and attendance
• Performs duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation
