Job summary

C.A. Fortune, a national consumer-centric integrated commerce agency, is seeking a Client Partnership Manager for Costco. You will oversee health of Costco accounts, provide insights to the Sales team, and help our clients grow through strategic advisory and problem solving.

The role offers fully remote work, a salary range of $65,000–$75,000, and travel less than 10%. We value diverse backgrounds and long-term career growth within our collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of post-secondary education (preferred completion of bachelor’s degree).
• 3+ years of CPG industry experience.
• Must have Costco buying or selling experience in food & beverage.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Data analytics experience.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new clients and putting together pricing proposals for Sales to present to Costco buying.
• Daily PO tracking and updating GenWeb portal.
• Reacting and resolving issues as they come up on daily basis with regards to logistics delays or order shortages and communicating to Costco in a timely manner.
• Maintain consistent communication with Costco and clients and be available and responsive to their real time needs.
• Demonstrate problem solving abilities and come up with creative solutions for client and teammate issues that arise.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Costco ICS, assistant buyers and buyers.
• Providing all item/system maintenance, new item submissions and promotional support, etc.
• Assist teammates with promotions and/or paperwork on an ad hoc basis
