C.A. Fortune is a national consumer-centric integrated commerce agency seeking a Client Partnership Manager for Costco accounts. The role centers on overseeing account health and equipping the Sales team with insights to grow client businesses.

The position is fully remote with a salary range of $65,000–$75,000 and travel of less than 10% for team or client meetings. We value collaboration and long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed (preferred).
• 3+ years in CPG industry experience.
• Experience with Costco buying or selling food & beverages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage Costco accounts, provide pricing reports to Sales for Costco pitches.
• Track daily PO activity and update GenWeb portal.
• Resolve logistics delays or shortages and communicate with Costco promptly.
• Maintain consistent communication with Costco and clients and respond to real-time needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with Costco ICS and buyers.
• Provide item submissions and promotional support and assist with promotions/paperwork as needed.
