Job summary

Citi is seeking a Partner Management Lead Officer on the Costco Product team in Schaumburg, IL to drive acquisition strategies for Consumer and Small Business portfolios. Responsibilities

Serve as key liaison with Partner to support portfolio growth and delivery of marketing and financial plans.
Drive new account acquisition in partnership with Marketing and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with Marketing to execute strategy across channels including direct mail, Costco integration, Citi.com, email, paid media, and in-store offers.
Identify funnel optimization opportunities through competitor analysis and support Product Owner in developing new acquisition capabilities.
Analyze program results to improve performance and profitability.
