Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
• Master's degree, MBA, CPA, or other relevant credential preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in cost segregation or related field.
• Proven leadership of a professional services practice or business unit.

Responsibilities

• Lead national growth strategy for Cost Segregation services.
• Collaborate with regional and national leaders to identify market opportunities.
• Drive expansion within strategic tax clients and target markets.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of professionals.
• Oversee cost segregation engagements from start to delivery.
• Represent the firm with industry groups and clients.
