Withum seeks an experienced Cost Segregation Senior Manager/Principal to lead a national Cost Segregation practice, spanning commercial, residential, and other assets. This strategic role blends technical cost segregation expertise with leadership, operations, and business development to propel growth across East/West Coast markets.

The role emphasizes mentoring teams, developing scalable processes, and expanding client relationships, with opportunities to influence firm-wide service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cost segregation, tax consulting, engineering-based tax services, or related field.
• Proven leadership and business development experience.
• CPA or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing a national growth strategy for Cost Segregation services.
• Leading engagements from opportunity assessment through final delivery.
• Mentoring and developing a high-performing cost segregation team.
• Collaborating with regional/national leaders to expand services nationwide.
• Driving client relationships and business development initiatives.
