Withum seeks an experienced Cost Segregation Senior Manager/Principal to lead a national Cost Segregation practice, based on the East or West Coast. You will guide growth, mentor teams, and collaborate with firm leadership to expand services nationwide.

The role requires 10+ years in cost segregation or related tax services, strong leadership and business development skills, and a track record of growing a professional services practice. Hybrid work model with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in cost segregation, tax consulting, engineering-based tax services, or related field.
• Proven experience leading and growing a professional services practice or business unit.
• Demonstrated expertise in cost segregation methodologies, tangible property regulations, and depreciation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national growth strategy for Cost Segregation services.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing cost segregation team.
• Drive business development and client relationship growth nationwide.
• Collaborate with regional and national leadership to identify market opportunities.
