Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to serve as the primary client interface, delivering value-added cost management services. You will lead cost planning, reviews, and negotiations while guiding a team and coordinating with design and construction professionals.

The role requires strong communication, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant cost management experience in construction.
• RICS accreditation preferred or working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and manage project costs from early design through post-contract.
• Lead cost planning and budgeting across workplace construction projects.
• Review design and contractor estimates; negotiate cost effectively.
• Prepare cost reports, valuations, and final accounts.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with clients to align scope, cost, and delivery strategy.
