Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our Chicago team and deliver cost management on complex construction projects across commercial real estate and corporate developments. • Strong communication skills.
• Experience in cost management on medium or large construction projects preferred.
• Experience supporting cost management in a consultancy environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategies and manage vendor prequalification and bid processes.
• Develop project estimates including construction, fees and direct costs; review junior staff estimates.
• Produce and review cost reports, forecasts and budgets; maintain risk registers.
