Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Staff Cost Consultant to lead cost estimating, analysis, and control activities across projects. You will prepare data, budgets, and reports while guiding project teams and ensuring schedule alignment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Management or related field and 5–10 years of experience; Certified Cost Professional (AACE) is preferred and should be obtained within one year of employment. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in cost estimating/controls.
• Certification: Certified Cost Professional (AACE) preferred; within 1 year of employment.
• Knowledge of capital cost and services cost.
• Proficiency with Excel and cost engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Develops cost data for projects, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Prepares budgets and cost reports in line with standards and procedures.
• Manages scope change data and coordinates with Engineering to support estimates.
