Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project controls, cost control, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of cost reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project cost management systems.
• Experience with earned value management (EVM) principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Track actual expenditures and forecasted costs against approved budgets.
• Validate contractor and vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with contracts.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and dashboards for management review.
• Support accrual development and month-end financial reporting activities.
• Assist Project Managers with financial planning and decision-making.
