The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in project controls within engineering/construction, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and excellent analytical, communication, and reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in project controls, cost management, or related roles within the engineering and construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects with budgets ranging from $500,000 to $20 million.
• Proficient in Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee project controls for multiple capital projects, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
• Conduct thorough cost analysis, including cost estimation, forecasting, and variance analysis through the construction phase.
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with milestones and deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to establish project control processes and reporting standards.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management, highlighting risks and corrective actions.
• Implement and maintain project control tools and software to track progress and financial performance.
• Facilitate project meetings to review schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, including financial performance and schedule adherence.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
