Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and invoice validation to keep expenditures within approved funding. The role requires strong communication with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders, plus expertise in EVM and project controls software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project controls, cost control, cost management, project accounting, or related roles.
• Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, chemical, power, or capital project environments.
• Strong knowledge of cost reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Validate contractor and vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with contract requirements.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and dashboards for management review.
