Job summary

Hargrove & Associates Inc. is seeking an experienced Capital Project Controls Manager to oversee multiple projects ranging from $500k to $20M.

The role focuses on cost analysis and schedule development across 5–15 concurrent projects, with strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and cross-functional collaboration. You will monitor performance, provide updates to senior management, and implement project control tools to ensure execution within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in project controls, cost management, or related roles.
• Experience overseeing multiple capital projects with budgets.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and project control methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project controls for multiple capital projects, ensuring budget and schedule adherence.
• Perform cost estimation, forecasting, and variance analysis through construction.
• Develop and maintain project schedules aligned with milestones and deadlines.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to establish control processes and reporting.
