Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors seeks an experienced Capital Cost Analyst to plan, schedule, and control costs for large industrial projects in the United States. You will work with Project Managers to define requisitions, monitor commitments in SAP/Ariba, and support monthly Value of Work Done.

Qualifications include a BS in a related field, 10+ years in cost control and earned value, and strong Excel/data analysis skills; AACE or PMI certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in construction/capital projects.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating for capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule heavy industrial projects, monitor costs and estimates.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to define requisitions and documentation.
• Support Change Management and requisition coding in SAP/Ariba.
• Assist in Goods Receipts (GRs) for capital purchase orders.
• Track and forecast project commitments and expenditures.
• Close capital projects after substantial completion.
