Job summary

WT Partnership seeks an Associate Vice-President – Cost Consulting to lead cost consulting and project delivery from our Miami hub. The role requires directing complex assignments, shaping client solutions, and driving regional growth while coordinating with global teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Quantity Surveying background, 8+ years of experience, pre/post-contract expertise, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent relevant degree.
• At least 8 years of technical experience.
• Pre and post-contract experience.
• US citizenship and/or valid right to work in US.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost consulting and project delivery for complex programs.
• Provide commercially pragmatic and technically accurate advice to clients.
• Identify opportunities to grow work in the region and manage resources.
• Oversee office operations, governance and staff development.
• Support business development and client relationship expansion.
