Job summary

WSP seeks a Vice President, Project Controls to join our Project Controls group. This role can be based out of any WSP USA office and involves leading cost, schedule, and governance for major projects.

Responsibilities include developing cost baselines, implementing cost control procedures, and collaborating with engineering teams to optimize project costs. Strong leadership and advanced PMIS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 12 years of combined field and office project controls experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience with cost estimating methodologies and schedule management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, staffing, scheduling, budget management, quality control, safety, and coordination of subs and internal staff.
• Develop cost breakdown structures and baseline budgets for projects.
• Implement cost control procedures and analyze cost variances.
• Communicate project status, cost performance, and schedule updates to stakeholders.
