Job summary

WT Partnership is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager in the United States to join our growing team and deliver cost estimating and management services for infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with clients, architects and developers to support strategic growth and project delivery.

The role requires a BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, 4+ years of experience in pre- and post-contract work, and US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Requires a BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years’ technical experience with pre- and post-contract work.
• US citizenship or transferable right to work is required.
• Covid vaccination is required by existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost estimates and peer reviews from SD to CD.
• Offer cost advice and appraisals to enable informed decisions.
• Develop procurement strategies tailored to project conditions.
• Manage bid processes including RFP prep, bid levelling, and commentary.
