The Estée Lauder Companies in Camarillo, CA is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example.

You will contribute to cash reconciliation, open and close the store on a rotating basis, and coach the sales team to meet sales and service targets while maintaining brand standards and a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable: cash reconciliation and opening/closing duties.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring to meet targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Responsabilités

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth running of the Store.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and open/close shifts on a rota.
• Coach and mentor the sales team to meet sales and service targets.
• Maintain brand standards and a positive shopping environment.
