Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. You will lead by example, coaching the team to provide authentic, personalized service and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will handle cash reconciliations, participate in opening and closing the store on a rota, and contribute to a culture of high performance and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail environments, preferably cosmetics.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash handling and reconciliation is a plus.
• Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach and mentor sales staff.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager for smooth operations.
• Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store on a rota.
• Drive sales and customer service targets with a positive, engaging approach.
