Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets. You will lead by example, coach the team, and handle opening/closing and cash reconciliation on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable: retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Desirable: supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach and mentor the sales team.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager for smooth operations.
• Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation and on-rotas opening/closing.
