Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in New York seeks a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. You will model exceptional customer service and coach the team to achieve sales and service targets, while handling cash and opening/closing duties on a rota.

Qualifications

Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
Cash handling and opening/closing store experience desirable.
Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to meet targets.
Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales and service targets.
Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations.
Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation activities.
Open and close the store on a rota basis.
Provide inspirational, authentic, personalized service to customers.
