Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to assist the Store Manager in delivering inspirational, personalized customer service and achieving sales targets in our Colorado store.

You will mentor the sales team, manage cash reconciliation, and participate in opening and closing duties on a rota. This is a great step toward a supervisory career within a prestige beauty leader.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth, efficient store operations.
• Lead by example with coaching and mentoring to elevate the sales and customer service experience.
• Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation and manage opening/closing on a rota basis.
