Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth store operations and delivering inspirational, personalized customer service.

You will lead by example, coach the sales team, handle start and end of day cash reconciliation, and rotate openings and closings as required. This role offers growth opportunities within a prestige beauty leader.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable
• Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
