Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. You will coach and mentor the sales team, model inspirational customer service, and help achieve sales and service targets while ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will handle cash reconciliation, assist with opening and closing the store on a rota, and contribute to a progressive, diverse work environment with comprehensive benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
