Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Able to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing a store is desirable.
• Supervisory/leadership experience or coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Able to work retail hours including nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations.
• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, personalized customer service.
• Carry out end-of-day cash reconciliation and cash handling.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Assist with achieving sales and customer service targets.
