Job summary

L&R Distributors, Inc. is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across multiple regions. The role involves stocking, merchandising, and executing planograms to meet retailer standards.

You will support store resets, relocate products, and ensure displays comply with company guidelines. Candidates should have merchandising or retail experience, familiarity with resets and planograms, and comfort using tablets and smartphones.

Qualifications

• Prior merchandising or retail experience required.
• Familiarity with resets, planograms and store footage is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory control knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using tablet and scanner.
• Service store routes and coordinate with the District Manager.
• Implement planograms and reset cosmetic displays as instructed.
• Maintain stock levels and document tasks with photos.
• Process returns per guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with store staff.
• Inspect shipments and verify receipts.
