Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in running the store efficiently. You will coach and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to meet sales and service targets.

Cash handling, start/end of day reconciliation, and rota-based opening/closing duties are part of the role. This is a great first supervisory step with a prestige beauty leader offering development and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring to achieve sales and customer service targets
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operation of the store
• Lead by example to coach and mentor the sales team
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and related duties
• Open and close the store on a rota basis
• Contribute to achieving sales and customer service targets
