The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

You will coach and mentor the sales team, lead by example, and handle essential cash reconciliation, opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This role is ideal for an ambitious self-starter aiming for a supervisory track within prestige beauty.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience (cosmetics)
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others
• Cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation
• Experience with opening and closing the store on a rota
• Familiarity with retail POS software

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations
• Lead by example with coaching and mentoring to achieve sales and customer service targets
• Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation and store opening/closing duties on a rota basis
