The Estée Lauder Companies are seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer service. You will coach the team, model ideal behaviours, and help drive sales targets while managing cash reconciliation and opening/closing duties on a rota.

Qualifications

Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
Desirable: previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
Desirable: supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Responsibilities

Lead by example and coach the sales team to demonstrate inspirational, authentic customer service.
Assist in achieving sales and customer service targets.
Handle start and end of day cash reconciliations and store opening/closing on a rota basis.
