Job summary

Ignite Human Capital LLC is seeking a Product Development Coordinator for a fast-paced cosmetics manufacturing environment in Inland Empire, CA. You will coordinate the full product development cycle from inquiry to production launch, ensuring alignment with sales, R&D, QA, regulatory, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in project management, product development, or project coordination within cosmetics.
Experience in a contract manufacturing (OEM) environment is preferred.
Familiarity with FDA cosmetic and OTC monograph frameworks and ingredient labeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate full product development process from inquiry to production launch.
Prepare BOMs, cost analyses, claims testing, prototypes, and customer approvals.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Production.
Maintain project documentation and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
