Job summary

Ignite Human Capital LLC is recruiting a Product Development Coordinator for a personal care/cosmetics client in Inland Empire, CA. You’ll shepherd new and revised products from inquiry through commercialization, coordinating Sales, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Production to meet timelines and cost targets.

You’ll collaborate on packaging, formulation, labeling, and claims, review artwork, and prepare quotes with Sales and Finance while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Packaging Science, Supply Chain, etc.).
• 1–3 years in project management or product development within cosmetics/personal care/CPG.
• Experience in contract manufacturing (OEM) or on the production floor is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Salesforce, ERP systems, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full product development from inquiry to production launch and handoff to commercialization.
• Manage BOMs, cost analysis, claims testing, prototype submissions, and customer approvals.
• Prioritize multiple projects, adjust workflows, and track timelines and milestones.
