You will manage BOMs, cost analyses, trials, and approvals, maintaining timelines and documentation across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems and Salesforce.
• Analytical, organized, and able to present project status to stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Production.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full product development from inquiry to launch.
• Manage BOMs, cost analysis, tests, and approvals.
• Prioritize concurrent projects and track timelines.
• Ensure specs and artwork are finalized before first production.
• Maintain project documentation and milestones.
• Serve as liaison across Sales, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain.
